Preparation Method:
All ingredients – flour, desi ghee, butter, eggs, sweetening blend and cardamom powder — are mixed to create a smooth, rich batter.
The batter is poured into baking trays and baked at a controlled temperature.
Once cooked the cake is cut into classic rusk slices and baked again to achieve the signature double-baked crispness. The rusks are then cooled, placed neatly into plastic trays, sealed, wrapped and packed securely for delivery.
